I come from the sales floor, not from a software company. I’ve worked in call-centre and sales environments, and I’ve seen how many paid-for leads never get a proper follow-up.
Thaw exists because the fix is usually not more leads or a new CRM. It’s faster first contact, real follow-up on WhatsApp and the phone, and getting value out of the database you already paid for, all done in a way that respects POPIA.

Four rules we keep.
Claim only what can be shown
No invented results, no borrowed logos, no testimonials we haven’t earned. Every rand figure shows its inputs.
Improve what you already run
Your CRM, dialler and WhatsApp stay. We add to them, and only suggest replacing a tool when it blocks a fix.
Respect the people on your list
Consent, opt-outs, the national opt-out register and legal contact hours come first, before any follow-up idea.
Tell you when it isn’t worth it
If the numbers don’t support an audit, you’ll hear that on the free call.
